Portland Metro Area, So Much to See and DO!

What have you heard about Portland - perhaps that it rains here?  Well, this is true!  But, that doesn't stop Portlanders from enjoying all that the Greater Portland Metro area has to offer!  You see, Portland is centrally located between our beautiful Oregon Coast, just an hour to the west, and Mt. Hood/the Cascade Range, just an hour to the east.  Then there is Seattle three hours north, the scenic Columbia Gorge, a deep river canyon cut between the Oregon/Washington border, and the Willamette Valley, known for its numerous wineries and agriculture.

If you like green mountain trails, rivers, lakes, and sea, snow sports, microbrews, coffee, fine dining, and no sales tax shopping...then Portland is for you!  Just bring an umbrella, or do as we do, duck around the raindrops.
